According to Dr. Eric Pearl, founder of Reconnective Healing, this is a new healing frequency which is now attainable on the planet for the first time because of our evolutionary achievements. This 'hands-off' healing modality introduces your body to unique energies and attunes (harmonizes) you to 'new' frequencies of energy, light and information that may possibly be through an entirely new bandwidth. These frequencies work deeply at a quantum, inter-dimensional level to facilitate balance and wholeness on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. These energies are easily experienced yet are extraordinarily powerful, offering the opportunity for healings to unfold.

At the start of a session, the practitioner will ask you to lay face-up on a massage table and relax, with your eyes closed and simply notice. Become the observer and the observed, withdrawing your participatory thought process and simply observe when there is something to notice, as well as when there is nothing to notice. Lay there and let go, as if you simply had a little unexpected rest time.
A flow of high-level frequencies (energy/light/information) interacts with your energetic field to restore balance and wholeness to the body, mind and spirit. As you come into harmony with these higher frequency vibrations, lower vibration energies are released or cleared. Everyone has their own unique experience during a session. A feeling of deep peace and relaxation usually occurs. Your breathing patterns may change, your tummy may gurgle. You may swallow more, snore or sigh often. There may be involuntary movements of the fingers or toes, feelings of pushing or pulling within the body, waves of energy moving through you, or sensations such as tingling, heat, cold, pain and others. Some people don't feel anything at all, which is also appropriate and does not indicate whether a healing took place or not.

We are all unique individuals bringing our own issues, belief systems and spiritual development to the table, so our healing time will vary. A treatment is 45 minutes and three consecutive sessions are recommended. Many people notice a deeper and more profound change around the time of the third session. Each person heals in their own way, guided by the Universe. Some will experience instantaneous healing and others may take days or even weeks to notice a difference. Some observe the change only upon reflection over a period of time as life begins to flow more easily. Please keep in mind that Donna only acts as an intermediary or channel for the healing energy. The actual healing process that occurs is strictly between you and the Creator/God/Universe.
